Ramadan ul Mubarak - Seventeenth Day
1. Quranic Verse:
وَالَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمَعَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
Translation (English):
"And those who strive for Us – We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good."
(Surah Al-Ankabut: 69)
ترجمہ (اردو):
"اور جو لوگ ہمارے لیے جدوجہد کرتے ہیں، ہم یقینا انہیں اپنے راستے دکھائیں گے، اور بے شک اللہ احسان کرنے والوں کے ساتھ ہے۔"
(سورۃ العنکبوت: 69)
2. Hadith:
مَنْ لاَ يَرْحَمِ النَّاسَ لاَ يَرْحَمْهُ اللَّهُ
Translation (English):
"He who does not show mercy to people, Allah will not show mercy to him."
(Sahih Bukhari: 6013, Sahih Muslim: 2319)
ترجمہ (اردو):
"جو شخص لوگوں پر رحم نہیں کرتا، اللہ اس پر رحم نہیں کرتا۔"
(صحیح بخاری: 6013، صحیح مسلم: 2319)
3. Masnoon Dua:
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنَ الصَّابِرِيْنَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِيْنَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَائِكَ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ
Translation (English):
"O Allah! Make me among the patient, make me among the grateful, and make me among Your close friends."
(Dua for the 17th day of Ramadan)
ترجمہ (اردو):
"اے اللہ! مجھے صبر کرنے والوں میں شامل کر، مجھے شکر کرنے والوں میں شامل کر، اور مجھے اپنے مقرب اولیاء میں شامل کر۔"
4. Virtue of Ramadan:
صَوْمُ يَوْمِ بَدْرٍ يُعْدِلُ صِيَامَ سَنَةٍ
Translation (English):
"Fasting on the day of Badr is equal to fasting for a whole year."
(Narrated by Ibn Abbas - Fadail Al-Sahaba: 1357)

"غزوہ بدر کے دن کا روزہ ایک سال کے روزوں کے برابر ہے۔"
